We can confidently and competently perform any repair needed on your machine. Here is a rundown on the procedure we follow to ensure fairness and honesty with each customer.
Once your machine is on our lot, you will be put on our worklist. We work off of this list, in order of arrival, to ensure all customers are treated fairly. When it is your machines turn to come in the shop, we will spend time throughly diagnosing your machine. Once we have dianosed your machine, we will call you and discuss repair options as well as pricing and time needed to complete the job. At that time, you will either authorize the work needed to repair your machine or you will deny the repair. If you authorize the work, the diagnostic time is free, and you will not be billed for it. If you deny the repair, you are charged for the diagnostic time (1 HR labor + Tax).
We do not "rush" anything or anyone through the shop. Everything is worked on in the order which we received it.
We can hook up any Sea-Doo, Yamaha, or Kawasaki to our diagnostic software to aid in diagnosis, as well as make new keys for ANY model Sea-Doo ever created with the D.E.S.S. system. We can even make rental and learner keys for the newer Sea-Doo's as well. We do try to always have blank keys in stock and ready. Writing keys does not require an appointment and can be performed while you wait. It takes approximately 15 minutes and the cost is $50 (plus tax) per key.
We do also allow customers to bring in their ski and hook up to the diagnostic software to reset/check codes and maintenance lights. This fee is $25. Please note that you will not be using the software yourself and you will have to let us know exactly what you are wanting done if you bring in your ski for this service.
**PLEASE NOTE** As of January 1, 2017, we no longer perform fiberglass repair. We will be glad to do body work such as replacing bumpers, mirrors, and cowls, but we do not perform ANY kind of fiberglass or gelcoat hull repair.
